Evermont then renovates and relists the home. When it sells, remaining proceeds - after renovation costs and our program fee - go directly to your client.

We evaluate deals on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with the property address and we'll quickly let you know if it's in a market we can serve. We're expanding and happy to discuss markets you work in frequently. We currently operate primarily in the DFW area and quickly expanding across Texas.
